Linnea Fitzgerald
Linnea is a dedicated certified sound healer and Reiki practitioner with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey to holistic well-being through energy healing. With a compassionate and intuitive approach, she is committed to providing a safe and sacred space where individuals can experience restoration, renewal, and healing through frequencies, vibrations, and life force energy. Her practice aids in relaxing the nervous system and promoting physical, emotional, and energetic shifts, guiding individuals towards inner peace, harmony, alignment, and overall well-being.
My Story
From grit to grace, pain was transmuted into power. Rooted In Love Healing was born to guide and empower others on their healing journeys to liberation, wholeness, and back home to self.
Since I was a little girl, I have always felt the desire to care for, support, and help others feel happier, healthier, safer, and seen. I embodied this truth and worked as a caregiver for several years but after walking further down the path of my own healing journey and finding support that worked for me, I now gratefully care for and help others in a way that is more aligned and more in touch with my soul and truth through the practice of energy healing.
Growing up, my struggles were rooted in lack of love towards self. It took me a long time to discover what worked for me as an individual but I eventually found the right support through holistic practices, energy healing, and the support from healers, practitioners, and space holders. Energy healing helped immensely on my journey towards self love, joy, peace, and freedom along with my path being illuminated by the torch of light carried alongside me by my support team.
Soon, my own inner light and inner flame was sparked through being so seen and supported emotionally and energetically that I was able to start growing and healing. This journey allowed me to come home to myself and tap into my divine nature. I began to realize that love isn't something we search for or achieve, yet love simply IS our being and our nature. Love is our innate and divine inheritance and the core of who we are. That in itself is more than “enough”.
It is my soul mission at Rooted In Love Healing to care with love, carry the torch, and support you in accessing your own inner light for transformation and soul growth, reminding you of the innate love and power you hold, for you are your own greatest healer and you posses so much light, strength, and capability.
